Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you have confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve any discrepancies.
